great staff but a few quirks to fix
The staff is friendly and really professional. The breakfast is surprisingly good and you can even take it back to your room with a small extra charge.
The towels are a hassle and only arrive after a mini saga.

Really enjoyed my stay here and recommend this hotel. My stay was wonderful on vacation. The restaurant was PRETTY GOOD at the 1st floor here, I had amazing dishes. The location was magnificent, the room was functional and good sized. Didn't like when it was stormy outside, went to Subway to relax and grab some food.

During my stay at Sonesta Atlanta Airport North, I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the on-site restaurant. The pool provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of meetings, and the restaurant offered delicious and convenient dining options, making my stay very comfortable.

The hotel staff did accomodate a room change for me.
The online pictures of the rooms are little deceiftul. Bathroom was very small and outdated. Not a lot of counter space or towel bars. Most rooms do not have updated flat screens TV's. The TV's are antiquated 25in.

The Shurrle driver (Lady) and bellman were extremely kind and helpful....they were excellent and kind and assisited me when I needed additionsl help... ......
My bathroom sink had toothpaste in it and the floor was gritty.... it was not modern ....old tvs ......

Location was close to the domestic airport and easy to reach by shuttle bus (free of charge). Breakfast buffet was excellent, eggs could be ordered as desired. My omelette was very good
I was accommodated on the 2nd floor, where renovation work was done in the rooms. The corridor looked like a construction site. In the breakfast restaurant the tables were chipped, here a renovation would be urgently necessary. For this price I do not expect a building site and a well-kept equipment

Mind-blowing breakfast with the option to enjoy it in the room for a few extra bucks. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the lobby staff were super awesome, providing an awesome stay. Despite a few issues with housekeeping and the ice machine, the dedicated front desk staff promptly addressed our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, bar/lounge area. Additionally, the hotel provided in-room air conditioning and a no-smoking policy on site. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. I will definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Old and Tired hotel with a good location. The carpet in my room was chair filthy and sticky (Yuck) I will not stay at this hotel again.
